the specification like this,
1. 1950 sqft.
2. 3 bed room, one drawing, dining room.
3. 3 A/C, 1 refrigerator, 1 sofa set.
4. they need a 4 years contract.
5. location is good-very near to gulshan-1.
6. Rent per month: 40K BDT (including service charge, GAS, water).
comments: Rent is high, but location is good.

What are the ramifications if you have to break the lease before 4 years? Do you have to pay cancellation fees?
