Our new company will work with the following aims:

1. It will be a new company or subsidiary of Network Elites/Bangla vision, USA

2. Project based work(Developing new products).

3. Service Based.(Virtual employee)

4. H1B (by the year of 2008).

For L-1 Visa, we will recruit some intern(BUET, NSU, RU, DU, RUET, CUET, DUET, KUET, EastWest, AIUB etc) and train them for1 year period. Training: 1. Technical 2. Language.

a) Technical Training: will provide by Shoriful Islam (Mamun) and Mahmud.
b) English Language Training: we need to recruit someone or contract with some training center.

c) They have to sign a contract paper.

6. Office environment must be 100% English oriented.
7. No Grouping, Politics etc that harmful for company.
